We're particularly proud of our sustainable project, eco house Leasey Lodge. We look forward to working on more sustainable projects, and always challenge ourselves on the products and materials we use within all of our projects. This exciting Re Development of the Baptist church consisted of a New Church building with New Chapel, Hall, Meeting Rooms, Kitchen and a Semi Detached Manse for the Pastor and his family. This unique development of 5 New Build Town Houses in Hemel Hempstead benefits from views across Gadebridge Park, They were carefully designed with modern family living in mind, large rooms with great feeling of space through out. the properties. Accommodation includes entrance hallway, kitchen/breakfast room with granite work surfaces, open plan living/dining room, w/c, three first floor bedrooms, family bathroom, further second floor master suite with walk in closet and en suite shower room. Externally the property has the added benefit of two parking spaces and a private rear garden. All sold within 3 weeks of going on the market!
2Necton Road Rear Extension
This was a design and build project for a client who wanted more living accommodation to suit their living requirements. The rear extension was designed to be open plan on the ground floor but with defined spaces for kitchen, dining room and living area, ideal for large family gatherings. The 1st floor provided for a very generous master bed room with en suite and dressing area. Further remodelling works to the existing house included decoration, floor finishes, water proofing the basement and large decking area in the garden.
